radical/ surd simplification to a product of an interger

many thanks I have two responses here is where the language of maths is as fundamental as it gets< I need to simplify the surd/radical by writing it as a product of an integer and a surd in its simplest form> the language in maths for our readers and myself is fun many thanks for any more answers
