Hint: $\displaystyle x(t)=\frac{1}{2}at^2+v_0t$
After 10 seconds, the speed of the car is v = u + at = 20 + (-1)*10 = 10 m/s The distance travelled is S = 1/2 * (u + v) * t = 0.5*(20+10)*10 = 150 m

Yes, the kinematic equation I cited returns the same value: $\displaystyle x(10)=\frac{1}{2}(-1)(10)^2+20(t)=-50+200=150$
