A stream of air passing over an open tube reduces the pressure above the tube. What effect do you think this will have?

I put D but I'm not entirely sure as after I did a practical investigation, I also got A and C as my results.

Yes, exactly. It operates on the principle involved here. The air forced across the open tube brings the perfume up the tube.
