Another Physics problem
I've worked out all my problems and got stuck on this one. I am uncertain on how to set this problem up.

A crate has a mass of 27 kg. What applied force is required to produce an acceleration of 3 m/s2 if the frictional force is known to be 76 N?

Re: Another Physics problem
$F_{net} = ma$

$F_A - f = ma$

$F_A = ma + f$

Re: Another Physics problem
F_A = 27 x 3 + 76 = 157N

Doesn't look right. Not sure
