Finding Random Number , when sum of Squares of those Random Numbers are given ?

I am trying to figure out a way to write an algorithm to find random numbers , when their sum of squares is given and may be the largest number is given
    Given
1)sum of squares of random numbers (Example 1: 134 )
    2)number of numbers squared and summed.(Example 1: 4)
    3) Maximum number that has been squared and summed?(Example 1: 9)

Is there a way/formula to find the numbers?

If the above given is not sufficient , what else do we need to know in-order to find the numbers ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
