    ACT overlapping radio signals

The transmitter site of station WGGB and the transmitter site of another radio station, WGWB are on the same highway 100 miles apart.

The radio signal from the transmitter site of WGWB can be recieved only within a radius of 60 miles in all directions from the WGWB transmitter site.

For how many miles along the highway can the radio signals of both stations be recieved
    (assume the highway is straight)

The answer to this is 12 however I don't see how this can be derived since the radius of only one transmission site is given and I thot we would have an overlapping area on the highway. any observation that I am missing thnx ahead. Ray

There is not enough information to answer this.

Also the way the question is framed; it offends basic engineering principles and the laws of physics and whoever designed such a question needs to go back to school for reeducation.
