hiya, im kinda stuck at understanding one of my questions my question states the value/10^6 what is 10^6?? and if my value is 28, is it 28 000 000?? please can someone point me into the right direction

how do i express 28 000 000 as scientific notation is it 2.8^7 or if thats wrong, what is scientific notation

Generally ^ is the power sign in computer languages as many comupter languages can't display power properly. So 10^6 generally means 10*10*10*10*10*10 (6-times) or 1000000
