Is anybody familiar with synchronous motors and simulink?

Can someone please take a look at the attached simulink setup and tell me:

    1) What block is used for the magnitude signal angle?

    2) what value will put in here if their is one?

I'm new to this trying to do this tutorial but it doesnt say what it is.
