Help changing units
I need to convert the following:

$k = 0.000426 \frac{years^2}{gigameters^3}$ to $\frac{seconds^2}{meters^3}$

Any help will be much appreciated.

$1\ a = 365 \cdot 24 \cdot 60 \cdot 60\ s$

$1\ Gm = 10^9\ m$

Plug in these values into the given term and simplify.
