    Let x denote the number of ounces of A and y the
    number of ounces of Y.

    Then the number of units of fat are:

    x+y \ge 6.

    The number of units of protein:

    x+y \le 7

    The number of units of carbohydrate:

    2x+y \ge 10

    The above together with x \ge 0 and y \ge 0 are
    the constraints, and the objective to minimise is the cost:

    cost=0.12x+0.08y.

    I hope that helps.
