Let \$\displaystyle x\$ denote the number of ounces of A and \$\displaystyle y\$ the
number of ounces of Y.

Then the number of units of fat are:

\$\displaystyle x+y \ge 6\$.

The number of units of protein:

\$\displaystyle x+y \le 7\$

The number of units of carbohydrate:

\$\displaystyle 2x+y \ge 10\$

The above together with \$\displaystyle x \ge 0\$ and \$\displaystyle y \ge 0\$ are
the constraints, and the objective to minimise is the cost:

\$\displaystyle cost=0.12x+0.08y\$.

I hope that helps.
