how would you solve for the x,y and z degree? any help is appreciated. thank you.

Use the following theorems,
$2x+5=x+z$ (1)
$2x-5=x+y$ (2)
Add these equations,
$4x=2x+y+z$
Subtract by $2x$ ,
$2x=y+z$
But,
$x+y+z=180$
Thus, (substitute)
$x+2x=3x=180$
Thus, $x=60$

Thus, in the first equation,
$120+5=60+z,z=65$
Thus,in the second equation,
$120-5=60+y,y=55$
Thus, $(x,y,z)=(60,55,65)$
Q.E.D.
