order is gr 7 1/2 of drug ACETEM.PO in two divided doses each day for a week.
available is 40 mg ACETEM per tablet.
a) how many scored tablets will the nurse administer each dose?
b)how many mg does the patient receive in one day? mg= milligrams

I'm assuming the abbreviation gr is the unit grains
note that 1 grain = 64.8 mg
convert the 7.5 grains to milligrams, then divide the result by 40 to get the number of tablets.
sorry, but I don't understand the dosage instructions.
