    Rounding to three decimal places

    Would 0.70999 be 0.7099 rounded?
    and 0.10066 be 0.106
    and 0.67463 be 0.676

    0.70999 will become 0.710 or 0.71

In this case you look at the 4th number after the decimal place, as it is >4 then the 3rd place increases. Also as it was a 9 it goes to 0 and the second place then needs to increase.

    Make sense?
