If you add red marbles to the container then the probablility of drawing a green marble goes DOWN, not up. So the answer is no.

In case there was a typo in the question, you can't even say the same about drawing a red marble, because there will still be some green marbles in the container, so there will still be a non-zero probability of drawing a green marble instead of a red one.
