I am no math guru and I am not sure how to do this but here goes. I have three numbers
One is a minimum number. This number represents the bare minimum of work that can be done. If it is met then they met the minimum goal.
The second number is the actual number provided. For example: At The bare minimum I can make 5 hamburgers and hour but I actually made 7 hamburgers in an hour.
The third number is a wish number. This number represents what we would like them to meet for example: we wish like they could make 10 hamburgers an hours.
What I am trying to figure out is how do I properly give extra credit to employees based on how close they got to our wish number, while at the same time determining if they did above the bare minimum. Please do not laugh at my primitive math. Thanks in advance for any help.
