you should know

$\frac{a}{b} / \frac{c}{d}$

$= \frac{a}{b} * \frac{d}{c}$

$\rightarrow$

$\frac{1}{2} / \frac{1}{3}$

$= \frac{1}{2} * \frac{3}{1}$
