    Isotopes

    I know this is a silly question but I'm just curious... According to what I'd studied, neutron and proton cannot move; then how isotopes (same element, same number of proton, different number of neutron) can be formed?

    Sorry, but that makes no sense (alternativly look up beta-decay)
