$\theta$ = angle the conical pendulum makes w/ the vertical

$r = L\sin{\theta}$

$mg = T\cos{\theta}$

$F_c = T\sin{\theta} = mr\omega^2$

using the three equations above, solve for $\theta$ and $T$
