from the graph ...

$v_y = 5 - \frac{x}{2}$

$v_y = v_y(0) + a_y \cdot t = 5 - 10t$

$x = 20t$

$v_x = 20 \, m/s$

since $v_y(0) = 5 \, m/s$

$\theta = \arctan\left(\frac{5}{20}\right)$
