Is there anyone out there who can can help me with STATA?

This is my problem:
I performed a regression and got the following output:

Regression with robust standard errors Number of obs = 306
F( 1, 304) = 0.74
Prob > F = 0.3916
R-squared = 0.0025
Root MSE = .06969

Now I want to access only the t-value (-0.86) and the p-value (0.392) of this regression.
Is there a way (like "display .... ") to access these two numbers and to export them to a text-file or excel-file?
