Hello all, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to put absolute value into Mathematica.

My problem is as follows: |3x-7| < (or equal to) 21

I am supposed to solve the inequality using the Reduce command. I am also supposed to solve the equation using the solve command. This is a separate step however.

If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.
