Graphing functions

Does anybody know any software which besides graphing functions like $y=f(x)$ can graph $x=f(y)$ ?

Cheap example, graph $x=\sqrt{4y-y^2}.$

Yep. It comes free with every Mac computer and it is called "Grapher" can do some power stuff. even outputs latex
