Does anybody know any software which besides graphing functions like $\displaystyle y=f(x)$ can graph $\displaystyle x=f(y)$?

Cheap example, graph $\displaystyle x=\sqrt{4y-y^2}.$

Yep. It comes free with every Mac computer and it is called "Grapher" can do some power stuff. even outputs latex
