    Good graph program?

    Hello everyone

I'm making a lot of diagrams at the moment (due to statistics courses) and a program to create graphs would be very helpful.

OpenOffice calc is a bit too little and Matlab is a bit too serious.

Nothing fancy needed, as long as one can scale the axes and add coordinates I'll be happy.

    Thanks for all replies

Thank you for the tip. I'll try the software in a moment.

If you have to draw graphs of relations too (ellipses or hyperbola, etc.) then try: GeoGebra

EDIT: If you understand Dansk eller Norsk you can switch to these languages too.

I can warmly recommend Graph, I made some real nice line graphs with it.

My Excel function grapher doesn't work the best with parametrics, asymptotes, or piecewise functions. I think I may use one of these two for my online Calculus notes!

Try Octave- pretty much the free version of MATLAB- hey! MATLAB isn't that bad really.
