    Mathcad Help

    Anyone know how to solve an equation by taking the natural log of both sides in mathcad? I tried the given instructions and it came up with all sorts of errors and out of memory warnings

    What is the equation?
    And the range?
    Does it have to be solved with Mathcad?

    Off the top of my head, it should be as simple as using the root function (f1 and f2 are the functions on each side of the equation):
    i.e. -
    y = root(ln(f1(x)) - ln(f2(x)),x)
