Visualise Vectors and planes in 3D

I am trying to find something really simple. I don't need any huge software packages like Mathematica or Matlab. I just want a simple tool to be able to plot and visualise vectors and planes in 3D. Any suggestions?

Try Wolfram Alpha, it's free and easy to use

Yes, I have played around with that, but it is a bit too simple. I use www.desmos.com for graphing 2D functions. Something of that type would be great, allowing me to enter vectors and planes in vector format.
