Including initial conditions in Laplace Transform MATLAB

Hello Everyone!

I'm trying to plot the response of a system against a particular input, but I am failing to do so because I need the output to start at a specific point. So, how can I include the initial conditions supposing my output is x and the system is a 2nd order linear system, i.e. I need to specify y(t) and dy/dt.

Thanks!

What tools are you trying to use? I believe the Control System Toolbox allows you to do this.
