Thread: System of 8 Inequalities

Hello, I have a system of 8 inequalities that I would like to graph/table. My graphing calculator can't do it, and doing it by hand is too tedious. I just downloaded and installed Matlab hoping that it could help me out. I looked through a few of the demos but nothing really jumped out at me as the problem I'm looking for. Sorry if this belongs in another thread. also, excuse the poor notation.

0 </= 8x+12z(1-x-y)-5
x+y</=1
0</=x</=1
0</=y</=1
0.12786</=z</=0.50

So I want to find the solution set that lies within these bounds. Any advice?

It's not as difficult to graph by hand as you might think - the last 3 inequalities in particular are quite easy... Start with them...

yeah they are, the first two are still too tedious imo.

Edit: actually the second one is pretty easy, just tried it. What I'm really looking for here is some kind of X/Y/Z table solution set or a neat program that graphs these expressions. Thanks!
