How to input Dirac Delta Function in Maple

I want to solve the initial value problem
    x''-4x=2\delta(t-4)
    x(0)=x'(0)=0

I know the first part involves

    diff(x(t), t, t)-4*x = 2

and that I will need to use dsolve but I'm not sure how to input the dirac delta function.

    The function is

Dirac(t-4) Note that you must have the capital d
