I would like to have a math software that I could run on my laptop and it would be awesome if I could exchange data between my calculator and laptop. I just bought a Ti-Nspire CAS handheld...
Texas Instruments TI-Nspire CAS w/ Graphing Calculator | eBay
You may need to be logged in to see this listing since it's ended. Anyway, I was wondering if it includes the Ti-Nspire software, or if I have to buy it separately. In wikipedia, it says:
" In 2010, Texas Instruments updated the calculators to the Touchpad versions which come with the Nspire or Nspire CAS computer software and optional rechargeable batteries."
So, does this mean the software is going to be included or that I have to purchase it separately? The listing didn't say that it included the software, but it didn't say that it didn't include the software either. Though it said it was new, so it might include the software. This is mainly what I'm asking.
So, should I wait until my calculator arrives, or should I buy the software?
Another question, what is the difference between the teacher and student Ti-Nspire software?
TI-Nspire CX Family of Color Graphing Calculators and Software by Texas Instruments
Are there advantages to the teacher software, or should I just buy the student software? (I am a student).
Thank you in advance.
