Thread: Mathcad Second Derivative Test Issue

I'm trying to do a simple second derivative test on mathcad but the answer I always get is 0. I'm totally baffled now.

How can we help you unless you post an actual problem?

I thought it would be a common error given the same result everytime.
I defined my function V(x):=xxxxxx
Then typed in the following



and it gives 0 everytime. I managed to work it out by doing and typing x:=(Stationary point value) above it.

Here is how I do it. It takes a second function on my version.
