1. ## SAS graphing help

Does anybody know how I can plot this table in SAS?

My concerns lie with the horizontal axis. How can I get the axis labeled to look something like this?

I don't need the double lines in between each set of quarters but I would like the year underneath each set to make it obvious as to which year they correspond.

My alternative would be to label the horizontal axis 1998-Q1, 1998-Q2...

But I don't know if that's even possible. I'm pretty new to SAS. Any help would be appreciated.
