Thread: Count numbers greater than a given number

Hi !
I have a matrix and i want to count numbers greater than a given number.
What is the easiest way of doing this task?
A couple of related functions would be very useful. I will check the syntax myself.

Why don't you just loop through all the elements of the matrix and perform a comparison? Based on the result of the comparison, increment a counter or not. Wouldn't that do the trick?
