    Further LSQ problems...

    Hi

I have aquired two coefficients using 'lsqcurvefit' and have now generated my model data using these coefficients. The problem now is that the generated model data is all negative, where as all the experimental data is positive.

    Why would this occure?

There are lots of possible reasons, local minima that is not the global optimum, ...

    We really need more information
