I looked in the faq section under "how do I...?" but did not see this. How do I put text in a code block so it does not execute?

If you want to quote formated code [code] [/code] will do the trick.

If you want other code to not execute [noparse] [/noparse] will do the trick (infact that last used [noparse][noparse] [/noparse] [/noparse] to achieve the effect, and that used ...) .

Sorry, yes this was ambiguous. I meant how do I put code in blocks on these forums, so they do not execute. Thank you CB.
