    bowling scores, number of wins

    .

Chris and Pat bowl a total of six games against each other, where each of them only throws strikes or gutter balls.

    Game 1 -- Chris throws 4 strikes versus Pat's 3 strikes
    Game 2 -- Chris throws 5 strikes versus Pat's 4 strikes
    Game 3 -- Chris throws 6 strikes versus Pat's 5 strikes
    Game 4 -- Chris throws 7 strikes versus Pat's 6 strikes
    Game 5 -- Chris throws 8 strikes versus Pat's 7 strikes
    Game 6 -- Chris throws 9 strikes versus Pat's 8 strikes

Is it possible that Pat won every game against Chris?

Re: bowling scores, number of wins

Just for Game 1, there are many ways to show the situation for Chris and Pat in favor of Pat. Here is one way:

    Chris:

    X _ _ X _ _ X _ _ X _ _ . . . . . . . . 10 + 10 + 10 + 10 = 40

    Pat:

    X X X _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ . . . . . . . . . 10 ( + 20) + 10 ( + 10) + 10 = 60
