# Alphametric Puzzle: talk+talk+all=noise

Alphametric Puzzle: talk+talk+all=noise
Any Math genius:
I just cannot solve this Alpha-metric Puzzle:
talk
talk
all
noise
where each letter represents a number from 1 to 9.
I think n must equal 1.
But each time I try, I get eight numbers (instead of nine), where one is repeated.
This is not for any math assignment— just curiosity.

Is each one repersentative of a DIFFERENT value? In other words, if k = a, does this hurt our feelings?

Let's assume that it would be bad and each letter is a distinct value.

k + k + l = e OR k + k + l = e + 10 OR e + 20 -- These are the only possibilities.

Moving on: If it is just e, then l + l + l = 2l = s OR s + 10 OR s + 20.

What did you try and where did it lead you?
