Very annoying math brainer.

Hello everyone

I have a very annoying math brainer, that my friend told me. I have been thinking a lot about it, but just can't figure it out.

Here' the puzzle: 3 people bought a house for 30 million, making it 10 million per person. Before buying the house the salesman reduced the price with 5 million. He gave 1 million to each person, but wanted to keep 2 million of them for himself. Now every person is paying 10 - 1 = 9 million. 9 * 3 + the 2 million = 29 million, but where's the missing million?

This is obviously a very hard puzzle and nobody I know can find the soloution. Can you?

At the end the customers each have a million in their pockets, bringing the total up to 32 million.

But then if you look at the problem you realize that the salesman's 2 million comes from the 27 million spent by the customers and thus is irrelevant. He keeps that 2 million and might as well have reduced the price by 3 million and kept none.
