my 2Rs
three friend went to buy a pen. Shop was not their so his servant gave him pen of 60 rs. when shopkeeper came he told to his servant to refund 10 rs. as pen was 50. servant keeps 4rs and refund 6rs.
now the question is
every friend paid 18rs. ok
servant have 4rs. ok
then where is remaining 2rs.
first I should tell you I have ans in different ways
1. 50+4+6 = 60rs.
2. 54-4 = 50 (actual cost)
But I want ans in my term
Where is 2rs.

The question itself is invalid. The 4rs. in the servant's pocket is part of the 54rs. that was paid by the three friends, so it makes no sense to add the two.
Take some extreme values. Suppose the three friends come in and pay $1,000,000 for the pen, and the servant is supposed to return $999,999 but returns nothing and pockets it all. The friends have paid $1,000,000 and the servant has $999,999. So where is the missing $1,999,999?
