The answer is 104 or 8^2 + 23

The set is derived from N^2 + Pn

Where P is the set of all primes and P1=2, P2=3, P3=5 etc.

1^2 + 2 = 3

2^2 + 3 = 7

3^2 + 5 = 14

4^2 + 7 = 23

5^2 + 11 = 36

6^2 + 13 = 49

7^2 + 17 = 66

8^2 + 19 = 83

9^2 + 23 =**104**
