Hello,

Wrap the letter with \mathbb{}

Note that this works with capital letters only :

$\displaystyle \mathbb{ABCD}\mathbb{EFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ}$

For the 1, I bet you want to use it for the indicator function... I don't think there is a simple command with it. But use \bold{1} (bolded) and we'll understand you :D

http://www.statslab.cam.ac.uk/~elie/ext/tex/ look "Example Code with Overlaps". But I cannot open the file due to problems of mine. - Mar 20th 2009, 01:57 PMReckoner

You type in LaTeX code.

[tex]\mathbb{R}[/tex] gives $\displaystyle \mathbb{R}$.

[tex]\mathbb{C}[/tex] gives $\displaystyle \mathbb{C}$.

[tex]\mathbb{Q}[/tex] gives $\displaystyle \mathbb{Q}$.

[tex]\mathbb{Z}[/tex] gives $\displaystyle \mathbb{Z}$.
