why does this happen in Texshop on Mac

I made a .tex file on windows xp. and generated a PDF.

But when i switched to Mac os and use Texshop to generate a PDF, it doesnt work!

    it said this:

LaTeX Warning: File `q1.jpg' not found on input line 70.

!pdfTeX error: /usr/texbin/pdflatex (file q1.jpg): cannot find image file
==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!

    Why does this happen?

did you copy the jpg over? are you using the same tool chain to generate the PDF?
