How to find out which LaTeX packages are used from a PDF file?

I really like the math symbols that journal uses...

As with may things, find a paper you like the formatting of and steal the source for the formatting, packages , ...

You look at papers in ArXiv.org, find one you like the formatting of, copy the source and use it as a template for your paper or whatever.
