Or you can configure LaTeXiT to translate any latex code in your documents into graphics, you'll need to configure the service form the LaTeXiT preferences and assign a shortcut key for that.

i have that software. i make expression in latex and try to move it into Texshop directly. but it doesnt work. is there any guide for TexShop?

there are plenty on the website

There are even a few getting started videos just go to the help menu and select TeX shop demos, there is also a ton of documentation.
