Dear users:

I'm using the "revtex4" style to type a math document, together with the hyperref package. While I can get hyperlinks to equations and references, I haven't been able to get hyperlinks to footnotes. I put the \usepackage{hyperref} as the last line of the preamble, as indicated in many manuals, but it didn't work.

Nevertheless, when I change the style from revtex4 to "article" I do get the footnotes hyperlinked, so it seems to be a conflict between the style revtex4 and the package hyperref.

In case it may help, this is the preamble of my doc:

\documentclass[letterpaper,amsmath,amssymb,nofootinbib]{revtex4}
\usepackage{latexsym}
\usepackage{amsmath, amsthm,amssymb}
\usepackage{amsfonts,dsfont}
\usepackage{graphicx}
\usepackage{empheq}

\numberwithin{equation}{section}

\usepackage[pdftex, pdfstartview = {FitH}]{hyperref}

\begin{document}

Any help, advice or tips on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance!
