    Not a question - I'm just testing

    This is not a question.
I am just having troubles rendering LaTex on other sites and I want to see if it appears to be working ok in this site.

    $\frac{7}{8}$

    $\sqrt[5]{cos^{-1}0.76}$

    So far so good.

May I suggest using \sqrt[5]{\arccos(0.76)} , $\sqrt[5]{\arccos(0.76)}$ the negative exponent is confusing.

Yes, I agree Plato, I much prefer the arc notation, I have no idea why the -1 notation ever became accepted or popular.
However for my purposes it mattered not.
I just wanted to see if the LaTex would render, and it did
