Can I ask questions here about using the Equation Editor in a word processor?

I'm using the Libre Office Equation Editor in the Word Processor.

I've typed in the following augmented matrix:

left[ alignr matrix{
1 # 1 # 0 # 0 ##
1 # - 1 # 0 # 0 ##
0 # 0 # -1 # 1 ##
0 # 0 # 1 # 2
}
right none
left rline matrix{
3 ##
1 ##
4 ##
5
}
right]

This produces the following:

$\left[ \begin{array}{cccc|c} 1 & 1 & 0 & 0 & 3 \\ 1 & -1 & 0 & 0 & 1 \\ 0 & 0 & -1 & 1 & 4 \\ 0 & 0 & 1 & 2 & 5 \\ \end{array} \right]$

Now what I'd like to do is place the letters x y w z above each column of the matrix.

Kind of like the following except I'd like to have them lined up with the first four columns of matrix. I don't even know how to do this in Latex.

$\begin{array}{cccc} x & y & w & z \\ \end{array}$
$\left[ \begin{array}{cccc|c} 1 & 1 & 0 & 0 & 3 \\ 1 & -1 & 0 & 0 & 1 \\ 0 & 0 & -1 & 1 & 4 \\ 0 & 0 & 1 & 2 & 5 \\ \end{array} \right]$
