Help: How to install LaTeX in a forum?

    Hi everybody

Forgive me for posting this as it isn't really an ordinary help topic. I hope it can be tolerated.

I am wondering how one can install LaTeX into a forum, I am managing one for our class (though this forum is hosted on an commercial provider... so we can't go into the forum's code really, I believe).

    Any helpful replies are welcomed

This is the LaTeX forum, it is allowed to ask any question you want.

That depends what access you have to your server:

If you have root access and can install (or have installed) LaTeX, GhostScript, ImageMagick then use LatexRender as this site does.

If you don't have such access then use mimeTeX. You could use the better quality images of mathTeX but unless you have LaTeX and dvipng on your server and can install CGI programs, you will get randomly occurring adverts.

If you'd like I can set up a hidden forum on this site just for your class. It could require a password even.
