    H is a normal subgroup of G

How do you produce the symbol for

    H is a normal subgroup of a group G

I know that \triangleleft gives the symbol \triangleleft but how do you get the symbol with equality shown as a possibility - ie a line next to the triangle sign

    Be grateful for help
