Pdfs shown visually as part of the posting rather than just as attachment
On the abstract algebra forum I notice that some postings have (what looks like) a pdf of a book page or an assignment sheet shown visually as part of the post - not just as an attachment.
This seems a better way to present material that is graphically challenging and it obvioulsly would save typing time - so it is a good technique to use as long as the image is clear
Can anyone please help me on how to do this?
Peter

They are image files (.png or .jpg)

Thanks!
So if you create an image file, how do you place them in your math forum post - just copy and paste?

Go to the advanced editor and scroll down to the manage attachments ...
(also make sure your profile settings are set to display images)
